Arishi Speaks at REMAP Creative Communications Festival 2020
10 December 2020Arishi MD Andrew Elia spoke this week at REMAP Creative Communications Festival on Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
The event, run by the Middle East PR Association (MEPRA), brought together over 400 participants from the creative and marketing profession to consider the next steps in creative and technical innovation. Hosted from MEPRA's headquarters in Dubai, UAE, the conference included an address by Rory Sutherland – often labelled as marketing and advertising's most original thinkers – Roy Armale, Geometry's Global Chief Innovation Officer and Arishi's own Andrew Elia discussing the evolution of AR and VR.
Andrew is renowned for a fresh approach to speaking about technology in a way that includes an unholy mix of enthusiasm, experience, humour and cynicism. He has written for magazines, spoken at conferences on augmented reality, mobile payments and the dysfunctional union between creative, technology and business. He started Arishi at the age of twenty-six and has delivered ground-breaking technology in augmented reality, online video, audio streaming and artificial intelligence, often years ahead of the competition.
Monday's conference was the ideal opportunity to explain to the audience the technology on which both AR and VR are founded and the differences between competing approaches. Not all AR and VR experiences are the same and Andrew demonstrated how embracing the right technical strategy has the power to create a profoundly superior experience.
The team at Arishi is always happy to discuss your best approach to AR and VR. Feel free to contact us.
